Rebirthing, Sound Bath Healing and Shamanic Journeying

There’s no doubt that the ancient lore of the Reeks District offers a spiritual feel to the region – and you can build upon this with a wide selection of alternative therapies from Killorglin’s Healing Sanctuary. The facilitators have a unique knowledge of the spiritual aspects of the area such as lei lines, hidden sacred sites and the spiritual potency of this particular part of Kerry.

The menu includes Rebirthing, a seriously powerful transformational therapy, Sound Bath Healing, and Shamanic Drum Journeying.

Receiving a Rebirthing Session is both profound and relaxing. Lying in front of an open fire, snug under blankets, practitioners claim clients are guided through some of the trauma held in their body and feel light and rejuvenated afterwards.

Alternatively, you may wish to look into booking one of the weekly Sound Healing Meditation and Shamanic Journeying classes. Our bodies are mostly water and the vibration of the healing sounds in the classes is said to release our blockages. Participants claim a two-hour session can be relaxing, insightful and inspiring all at the same time.
