TREANMANAGH
This loop walk takes you from the hills of Glencar down through a leafy bohereen and along the sparsely-populated western shore of Caragh Lake.
You’ll be walking along a quiet country road with views of the lake and the summits of MacGillycuddy’s Reeks rising behind the hills on the far side.
The route continues down to the road that runs along the lakeshore before bringing you back to the start.
